His seminars on nutrition and strength have been presented to NASA and the United States Marine Corps to name a few. Robb shares his background with experimenting with a variety of diets. The paleo diet, veganism, greenhouse gases, and why eating meat is vital to the environment are topics discussed in today’s episode. Stay tuned to hear Robb share his latest book co-written alongside Diana Rodgers RD, Sacred Cow. In the darkest of days, he made a promise to himself that he would create a new life, one that would make an impact and inspire the masses, leaving the world in a better place than he found it. Lance has made it his mission to facilitate the message of positive change through adversity and encourage people to see the light through the darkness of life's worst moments.
