166. Maggie Kelly - Finding A Newfound Stillness In Our Presence

What does “purification” mean to you? Our guest today spent many years of her life exploring what that meant to her, taking the steps to apply it to her life and her students. Joining us, we have a spiritual life coach, mentor, meditation instructor and podcast host, Maggie Kelly. The magic of this episode cannot be described, it is truly a spiritual experience hearing Maggie’s words. Maggie has studied under Deepak Chopra for over twelve years, taking his teachings and created Satsang House, meditation and spiritual center. Lance and Maggie dive deep into mantras, mindfulness, breaking bad habits, mediation, and the extraordinary “Vipassana”, a mediation rediscovered by Buddha as a form of self-purification using self-observation.

🥇WHAT IS ONE LESSON YOU HAVE LEARNED FROM ADVERSITY🥇

Maggie humbly responds with, “No mud, no lotus. If we don't have adversity, how will we ever know what it looks like?”

In the darkest of days, he made a promise to himself that he would create a new life, one that would make an impact and inspire the masses, leaving the world in a better place than he found it.
