140. Aaron Alexander – Knowing What’s Important For Your “Own” Self

Aaron Alexander is a brilliant man.  Listen as Aaron explains his book, “The Align Method,” and how he believes that in order to know your true self, you need to be able to connect with the Earth.  Aaron shares his thoughts on how important it is to stretch and allow the sun to touch your body daily!  Meditation is an important aspect to Aaron’s life.  You will understand this more when you hear Lance & Aaron talk about the vipassana experience.

Aaron answers with, “Adversity has taught me to create more space for things with soul”.
