Jake Kauffman is a High Performance Coach & Business Mentor to mission driven coaches & entrepreneurs. He is the Executive Producer and Founder of Transient Productions. Since 2018 he has coached hundreds of the top online coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs to overcome their subconscious self-sabotage while supporting them in growing their business revenue. Jake is also an author and speaker and in his first book "Love Me”, Jake talks about his story of abuse growing up and how he was able to overcome his pain that ultimately unlocked his potential to serve and support others in their personal development and transformation.

On today’s episode, Lance is joined by Jake who shares his experience of losing his memory completely due to a tragic accident and how that impacted his life and his relationships. Jake opens up about how we often take things for granted and what it feels like to be given a second chance at life. He shares how that changed the way he coaches people because it gave him language that he didn’t have previously.

As an experienced veteran with adversity, Lance has faced some of life's most difficult challenges. Grinding his way through the hockey ranks to traveling the world as a bartender. Through his personal battle with drugs and alcohol for well over a decade, the tragic loss of his brother to suicide followed by the great loss of his father to cancer only a year later, Lance realized he had hit rock bottom. In the darkest of days, he made a promise to himself that he would create a new life, one that would make an impact and inspire the masses, leaving the world in a better place than he found it. Lance has made it his mission to facilitate the message of positive change through adversity and encourage people to see the light through the darkness of life's worst moments.
