Dr. Mindy shares with Lance how at the age of 19, she became very ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Dr. Mindy and her mother were very passionate about regaining her health when they were given the prognosis that pushed her to change her life forever. Dr. Mindy shares how she explored a variety of diets at a young age, such as keto, vegetarianism, and eventually, intermittent fasting. Lance explores Dr. Mindy’s views on different diets such as Atkins and Carnivore, and how she feels fasting was the most beneficial nutritional choice she made.
